Join your peers for a fascinating look at issues important to Arkansas nurses, including medical cannabis, your mental health, and a panel discussion on non-traditional nursing practices.

Featured speaker Mary Trentham will share her expertise on protecting yourself from legal challenges to your license, following the case of RaDonda Vaught in Tennessee. We hope you will join us!

REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is required. Early-bird registration closes October 1, 2022 at 12:00 pm CST.

Individuals are allowed to register after October 1 (early bird deadline), but registration fees increase by $20.00. No registrations accepted after October 24, 2022.

Registration fees include breakfast, lunch and continuing education credit, unless otherwise noted. Tickets to the 110th Anniversary Celebration Gala are an additional cost.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $25.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot participate and notify the Arkansas Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before October 3, 2022. No refunds will be made after October 3, 2022.

The Arkansas Nurses Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2022 Fall Conference & Membership Assembly. The Fall Conference will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurses and student nurses from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. On behalf of Arkansas Nurses, we appreciate your consideration and would be honored to receive your support through participation as a vendor!

Exhibits will be held on November 4. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, consisting of a special time prior to the start of the program, networking breaks, and around the luncheon.

Who will be in Attendance?
Arkansas nurses from all four corners of the state are invited to participate at this year’s event giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational levels. We hope you will choose to support our event!

• Exhibitor – $425.00
• Entrepreneur/Retail Sales – $150.00 (plus product donations)

Exhibitor display fees include one, six-foot clothed and skirted table, chair(s) and one lunch ticket

Exhibitor Application

The deadline to register is October 1, 2022. Exhibit space is limited, so please notify us of your intent to exhibit as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor registration fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors/sponsors who cannot participate and notify the Arkansas Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before October 1, 2022. HOTEL

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Arkansas Nurses Association at the Holiday Inn Little Rock Airport Conference Center for November 3 and 4 at a rate of $109.00 plus taxes.

Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 501-490-1000 identifying yourself with the Arkansas Nurses Association, or clicking here to make your room reservation online. Reservations must be made on or before October 20, 2022.

DISCLOSURES

Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive up to 4.0 contact hours.

The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

ARNAs 110th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION GALA

DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ARNA SILENT AUCTION!

ARNA is seeking prizes/donations for the Fall Conference/Celebration Gala Silent Auction on November 4! Themed baskets, artwork, gift certificates, sports tickets, auto accessories and wine are just a few ideas for prizes/donations.

Silent Auction items will be open for viewing beginning at 11:30 am during the ARNA Fall Conference & Membership Assembly and closing at 6:00 pm during the 110th Anniversary Celebration Gala. Winners will be announced during the Celebration Gala.

Time will be set aside for Fall Conference registrants and Gala attendees to browse the Silent Auction during the Fall Conference breaks and meals and/or the Gala Welcome Reception and bid on items they hope to win.

Donations can be dropped off at the ARNA Office in Little Rock or hand delivered to the Fall Conference/ Celebration Gala venue on November 4 before 11am.
