Mission
The Arkansas Nurses Association (ARNA) is the state nurses’ organization that speaks for professional nursing in the state. ARNA fosters high standards of nursing practice, promotes professional development, and advocates for the profession of nursing. ARNA collaborates with other healthcare providers to facilitate access to quality health care for the people of Arkansas.

The Arkansas Nurses Association (ARNA) is the only professional organization representing all registered nurses (RNs) in Arkansas. The ARNA advances the nursing profession by promoting professional development of nurses, fostering high standards of nursing practice, promoting the safety and well-being of nurses in the workplace, and by advocating on health care issues affecting nurses and the public.
